Meeting Time has joined with the CONCEPTUM! Group which brings together the companies CPE Exhibitions (organisers of trade fairs for professionals and the general public) and WarmRed Communication (communication, graphic design, pre-press, etc.). Today, this group has 40 employees and is present in 3 countries (Belgium, France and Spain). The synergy between these 3 companies is real and creates a highly complementary and effective offer for its clients.

By integrating into this group, Meeting Time has become CONCEPTUM Conferences & Events, while remaining loyal to its team. Today, this team is managed by Julie Weisenburger, who has been involved in the MICE Industry for over 16 years, who has become Managing Director of Conceptum Conferences & Events.

CONCEPTUM Conference & Events, first and foremost, has over twenty-two years of experience focusing exclusively on organisation, consultancy and the general coordination of events, international conferences, official and institutional events, economic forums, state visits and public relations activities. This longevity is a testament to its stability and reliability.

In 2010, its team was once again very active during the Belgian Presidency, coordinating over 15 high-level events, not to forget its corporate clients whose loyalty is the company’s greatest advertisement.
