Monaco: DIA 22nd Annual EuroMeeting (March 8-10, 2010)

DIA chose the Principality of Monaco and its state-of-the-art Grimaldi Forum located on the waterfront to hold its 22nd EuroMeeting in March 2010. For three days, Monaco’s 33,000 inhabitants will be joined by 3,000 EuroMeeting participants from over 50 countries. It may be one of the smallest countries in the world but it has an incredible amount to offer to delegates, among which specially negotiated hotel rates, glamorous activities, picturesque places to discover and more than 150 restaurants!

DIA’s Annual EuroMeeting is the largest event of its kind in Europe, bringing together professionals from the biopharmaceutical industry, contract service organisations, academic research centres, regulatory agencies, health ministries, patient organisations and trade associations. The 22nd Annual EuroMeeting provides an opportunity to:
* Attend presentations by more than 350 speakers
* Hear representatives from the EMEA, FDA and regulatory agencies throughout Europe
* Attend preconference tutorials
* Network with professional colleagues from around the world
* Visit more than 250 exhibitors in Europe’s largest interactive exhibit hall
* Choose from hot topic sessions in 13 themes

Aiming for a 360° Green EuroMeeting
Green meetings are a growing trend at conferences, and DIA’s EuroMeeting is at the forefront of this movement. Using practical, innovative, and often very simple measures successfully reduces our carbon footprint. DIA’s Greening the EuroMeeting project began with the EuroMeeting 2009 in Berlin, DIA will be continuing its Greening the EuroMeeting project for Monaco 2010 and will be practicing the 3Rs: reduce, recycle, and reuse.
