Disneyland® Paris: an integrated venue for your association congresses
Disneyland® Paris is a unique venue offering conference organisers a whole range of logistical benefits: 23,500 m² of meeting facilities, 2 convention centres offering 95 meeting rooms able to accommodate up to 4,000 people, 14 hotels with a total of 8,200 rooms, all located close to the convention centres. An added advantage is the resort’s excellent accessibility with an on-site TGV station and a shuttle service from two international airports giving organisers and their guests tremendous flexibility. And finally, having all the facilities on site is a plus from both the organisational and the sustainable development point of view.
A dedicated event team
Association congresses currently represent 20% of Disneyland® Paris’s events business. A dedicated team works with associations and conference organisers from the enquiry stage through to the event itself. Here are just some of the conferences hosted at Disneyland® Paris: the Francophone Congress of Digestive and Hepatobiliary Surgery (SFCD – ACHBT) has taken place each December since 2005; the bicentenary of the birth of Louis Braille, from 18 to 20 June 2009; the annual conference of the French Liver Research Association (AFEF) from 30 September to 3 October 2009, the International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (ISCAS) organised by the IEEE from 30 May to 2 June 2010.More info?
