ACS supports Congrex Switzerland AG in supplying all of the AV services required for ECCMID’s “20th European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases”. This annual event, held this year at the Austria Center Vienna, was well attended with 7600 delegates travelling to Vienna from 100 countries.

ACS also provided a software suite that ensured the smooth management of presentations at each of the 156 sessions, during the 3 day congress (10 April to 13 April inclusive). This ACS system captures, stores and distributes presentations in a fast and efficient manner, to the right session at the right time. This secure network connects the presentations in each room to the Speaker Service Centre, where speakers can make final adjustments to their presentations and call on the support of an ACS technician when needed. Once on podium the speaker has full control of the presentation with the user-friendly CueIT touch screen system.
