The Middle Eastern destination of Lebanon is paving the way for more MICE and conference tourism. With an internation travel trade show in May 2018 and a fam trip for no less than 70 French agencies, the destination is opening up to conference organisers seeking for a rather unknown experience.
More business tourism or conference delegates requires capacity - and the destination is keeping up in terms of infrastructure as well, with the latest addition to the chain of Lancaster Hotels & Suites. Lancaster Eden Bay Hotel, a five-star property with 144 sea-view guest rooms, opened its doors on June 15th in Rauouche, a coastal neighbourhood of Beirut.
The hotel is perfect for MICE with a ballroom that can accommodate up to 600 pax in banquet, 2 direct sea view meeting rooms in addition to 2 other breakout rooms. Full sea view SPA & Gym, as well as indoor and outdoor pools, several outlets and beach summer activities are also part of the complex.
