Luxury lounging in the desert

The Rezidor Hotel Group has a new addition to its collection. The Radisson SAS Tala Bay Resort in Aqaba is an entirely new construction on the banks of the Aqaba Gulf in Southern Jordan. Petra, a historic site classified by UNESCO as world heritage, is only a daytrip away. So is the breathtaking desert of Wadi Rum. The Red Sea, however, offers swimmers welcome refreshment.

The hotel has 2 conference rooms as well as 336 rooms and suites, all with balconies. The Radisson has several restaurants and snack bars to please every pallet. The Aziab restaurant serves international dishes and has a live cooking station. Then there's the Heatwave, an outdoors restaurant with Mediterranean dishes, the Kenzi lounge, the in-pool Dugout Bar, the open air self service snack bar Baywatch and finally the Sunset Deck that offers grilled foods and a traditional Shish menu.
